Welcome to Hampton Middle School!

My name is Antiolla Anderson, and I am honored to serve as the Assistant Principal for our amazing 6th-grade students. As both a proud parent and dedicated employee of Prince William County Public Schools for the past 15 years, I bring a deep commitment to the success and well-being of our Hampton community.

I am passionate about fostering strong relationships among students, families, and staff, and I believe that open, consistent communication is key to building a supportive and thriving school environment. My goal is to empower our 6th-grade “Lovelies” to grow in confidence, overcome challenges, and discover their unique strengths as they navigate middle school.

Under my leadership, I strive to create a nurturing space where every student feels seen, valued, and inspired to reach their full potential. Together, we will help them blossom into thoughtful, resilient individuals who make positive choices and embrace their journey toward lifelong success.

Dear Dale City Community,

It is with great pleasure that I introduce myself, Ms. Erika J. Frazier, as the new Administrative Intern. I am excited and honored to be joining this vibrant school community and look forward to working alongside Mrs. Mitchell, the dedicated staff, and the supportive families to foster a positive and enriching learning environment for our students. I know I am joining a strong school culture synonymous with excellence, dedication, and collaboration.

I have been in education for 26 years and have had the opportunity to work in various roles, including Graduation Coach, Middle School Science Teacher, Science Department Chair, and Testing Coordinator. I am a native Washingtonian who has lived in Virginia for 19 years. I am a mom of three boys who all attend school in Prince William County. My passion for education stems from my core belief that every child can learn and succeed when they have a trusted adult within the school who will encourage and support them along their educational journey. I believe in the power of collaboration and building strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues, and I am committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone at George Hampton Middle School.

Diversity and inclusion are pillars of my personal educational mantra. I am committed to continuous professional growth and ensuring educational equity and access for all our students. I am particularly excited to be part of this dynamic leadership team, to support the English Department and the seventh-grade staff, students and families. Additionally, I will serve as the school-wide Testing Coordinator and the Family and Community Engagement Specialist (F.A.C.E.S.) for the school. I welcome your conversation, collaboration, and suggestions grounded in making this a successful and fulfilling year for all. My door is always open!

I look forward to meeting each of you and working together to support our students in reaching their full potential.

Sincerely,

Ms. Erika J. Frazier

 A message from Ms. Thornton

Hello! My name is Ms. Thornton, and I’m honored to serve as the 8th Grade Assistant Principal here at Hampton Middle School. With over 25 years in education, including experience in elementary, middle, and high school, I bring a deep passion for student growth and a strong commitment to creating a school environment where every child can thrive.

As a proud mother of two daughters, I understand the importance of trust, communication, and partnership between families and schools. I lead with both my head and my heart, always striving to support students the way I would want my own children to be supported.

One of my greatest passions is working with our 8th grade students. I see this year as a powerful turning point, a time to celebrate how far they’ve come and prepare them for the exciting journey ahead in high school. My vision is to help each 8th grader leave middle school not only academically ready, but also confident, resilient, and proud of who they are becoming!

Outside of school, I enjoy volunteering with community-based organizations that support youth and families. Giving back to the community is something I value deeply, and it helps me stay connected to the needs and strengths of the families we serve.

I believe that strong relationships are the foundation of a successful school. Whether I’m in classrooms, hallways, or at family events, I’m always eager to connect with students, parents, and community members. Together, we can create a learning environment where every student feels seen, supported, and inspired to succeed.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m here to support you and your child every step of the way!
