The GHMS Dance Team, Literary Magazine, and Drama Club

• -Dance Team, Literary Magazine, and Drama Club: Follow the calendar schedule that was emailed to you. It is also located in the announcements section of your canvas pages. Reminder, you have practice every day this week.

• The drama club’s first play of the year, “Edgar Allan Poe and Other Scary Things” will be February 13, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the GHMS lecture hall. The cost is $3.00. There will also be a concessions booth. This is the new date due to weather events.

• The literary magazine is accepting submissions for this year’s magazine: general artwork, cartoons, essays, poetry, short stories, etc. Turn in submissions to your art or language arts teacher or Ms. McLaughlin in room 303, throughout the year. Lastly, the cover contest due date is approaching fast, February 27, 2026. Get your submissions soon! The winner gets free art supplies and a free magazine!
