I hope you are finding that you have been provided a wealth of resources by your teachers that are keeping you busy. It is recommended that students spend 90 min. a week per subject on work related to that subject. This can be broken up however you see fit and works for you. As of now, I will not be assigning any specific assignments during the week that must be completed on a specific day, however, I have provided many resources for students to participate in. These can be found in the files & documents section of my page. It is up to you how you spend your time with your activity (ie. on a daily basis for 15-20 min., or 3 days a week for 30 min), but PLEASE do your best to stay active during this time. Remember the components of fitness that we focus on: cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, & flexibility. Working on these will only benefit YOU.

As a reminder, the 3rd quarter grading ends on 4/24, so if you are interested in completing assignments to raise your grade, you still have another week.

Directions for accessing class information:
Teams or SLMS  (Students and parents access SLMS by logging into the Student/Parent login at the top of the Hampton webpage.  Students use their computer login/password, Parents use their ParentVUE login/password.)  

Please see the files and documents section for a list of activities to keep you busy. I am just about finished updating my gradebook, so please take a look at your grades and let me know if you're interested in completing an assignment for a grade. Otherwise, all resources are optional
